Eligibility for Returns

You may return wood stoves within 30 days of delivery if they are unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as when received. Products that are damaged, altered, or missing parts may not be eligible for a return.

How to Initiate a Return

Provide your order number, product details, and reason for the return. Our team will guide you through the return process and provide instructions for shipping the product back.

Refund Process

Once your returned item is received and inspected, Otrixa will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days, and the amount will be credited back to your original payment method. Shipping costs are non-refundable, except in cases of defective or damaged products.

Exchanges

If you wish to exchange a wood stove for a different model or size, please contact us at support@mediumvioletred-hare-737565.hostingersite.com or (657) 208-2219. Exchanges are subject to product availability and the same eligibility conditions as returns.

Damaged or Defective Products
